Free Returns! In Australia, if you need to exchange or get a credit note we will give your a free return post label. If you prefer a refund back to your original payment fee, a $10 processing fee applies.

6 Month Warranty applies to our products against manufacturing faults and defects. It doesn't apply to standard wear and tear or improper use. If you have a warranty claim, you can process it online with our return form.

Outside of Australia, we accept returns for exchange, store credit or refund. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
