Refund & Return Policy


You can return your shoes to us for an store credit or refund within 60 days of receiving your order. Shoes must be in 'as new' condition, unmarked, unworn (tried on is ok, but not worn out), unlaundered and with no signs of wear. For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns on apparel or accessories unless your product has a major fault. Faulty item? Jump to Warranty info.

To process your return online please go to our Online Returns Portal ( which is managed by Australia Post, it offers a flat-rate return service of $12.20 per parcel. If you want to exchange for a different item or size, please choose Store Credit from the options menu. We will instantly email you a store gift card (no expiry) to make a new purchase with when we've received your return.
Shoes must be returned in original shoe box with no marks or tape (please don't attach a postage label direct to the shoe box, but rather place them inside a bag or box before posting back). If your shoe box is missing or damaged, a 10% re-stocking fee may be taken from your credit/refund.
Outside Australia:
Please return your item via airmail with tracking to our return address. Please include your order ID and a note in the box that details your request (exchange or refund).

We provide a 6 month warranty on all shoe purchases.

If your product has a minor fault we will offer a repair at our expense. You will be reimbursed for all repair costs. If your product has a major fault we will replace or refund you. For major faults you can choose to: 

a) Send us photo proof of the item made not fit for use and then dispose of it.


b) You can return post the item. For major faults, postage will be incurred by Shoe Me. Please contact us to organise prepaid postage.

Then we will refund or replace the item for you.

To make a warranty claim, please email us ( with the following information:
  1. Order number
  2. Date of purchase
  3. Description of fault(s)
  4. Remedy you are seeking (repair, replacement, refund, store credit).
  5. Clear photos of your shoes from the following angles:
  • One photo with both shoes together from above.
  • One photo of both outsoles (bottom of shoes).
  • One photo of the inside of the shoe that shows the model name and size.
  • One photo of the fault described.
