We offer 60 Day Returns and a 6 Month Warranty on all our shoes. Please be aware that all return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

HOW TO EXCHANGE

Please return your shoes and packaging in brand new condition within 60 days of the date you received your order.
Please test your shoes only on carpet and be careful not to crease or mark the uppers.

  1. Please complete the Online Return Authorisation Form.
  2. Using an Australia Post tracking service, please return your shoes to:

If you're in Australia or New Zealand, we'll provide free delivery for your exchange!

Once your return is received, we'll dispatch your new shoes within 4 business days and email your tracking number.

If you're in a hurry to receive your exchange, place a new order online and return your current shoes for a refund. If doing so, include a note in your shoe box, stating that you've placed a new online order and would like a full refund.

If you're not in Australia or New Zealand, we'll email you the re-delivery cost once we receive your shoes.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

REFUNDS

Supplements, gift cards and accessories are non-refundable.

Please return your shoes and packaging in brand new condition within 60 days of the date you received your order.

If you paid for delivery, you'll receive a full refund on the product price. If we paid delivery for you, you'll receive a refund less the initial delivery cost.

For example, if you received free delivery and return one pair of shoes, you'll receive a full refund on the product price, less $15. If you return two pairs, you'll receive a full refund on the product prices, less $25.

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your refund.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Style or size not quite right? Exchange them and receive free delivery in Australia or New Zealand!

WARRANTY

We offer a 6 month warranty on shoe products from the date you receive your order against manufacture defects/faults.

Please contact us directly for any warranty claims before you post anything.

  1. Please complete an Online Return Authorisation Form.
  2. DO NOT post anything back to us, but complete step (3).
  3. Email hello@shoeme.com.au with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Description of fault(s)
  • Clear photos of your shoes from the following angles:
    • One photo with both shoes together from above.
    • One photo of both outsoles (bottom of shoes).
    • One photo of the inside of the shoe that shows the model name and size.
    • One photo of the fault described.

We’ll then respond to your warranty claim within 14 business days.
