Shoe Me Return Policy

The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • No returns on final sale items (items reduced 30% or more) for change of mind or poor fit. Please read descriptions on sale items carefully, look at all pictures provided and refer to our sizing charts.
  • RETURNS FOR PURCHASES MADE DURING A 'BUY ONE, GET ONE FREE' PROMOTION

    Returns are subject to our returns policy. Products purchased during a 'Buy one, get one free' promotion (BOGO) must be returned with the Promotional Product, both in its original packaging. In the case where only one item is returned, the Promotional Savings will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit. The merchandise credit is 50% of your original purchase, excluding shipping cost.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can return the item(s) via post to our warehouse within 60 days from the date of delivery. We also provide a 6 month warranty on all shoe purchases against major faults or manufacturing defects. Our warranty does not cover general wear and tear or minor cosmetic defects not affecting usage.

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method. Within Australia a $10 flat-rate return shipping label cost applies. Outside of Australia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not discounted or paid for by Shoe Me.

Faults/Damage and Warranty Requests are done through your store account here (https://account.shoeme.com.au) , once you have submitted a return request for a fault/defect, please email your images and description of the faults to hello@shoeme.com.au for processing. Depending on how major the fault is, we may be able to process with just photos and not require you to return post the item. In this situation, we ask that you dispose of it carefully with consideration for others and the environment.

  • We accept international returns but return postage must be organised by the buyer at their expense

Please be aware that:

  • Returned items must have tags still on (if applicable) and be returned in original product packaging, unless you are making a warranty claim.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, unless you are making a warranty claim.
  • Discounted items (more than 30%) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • We provide a 6 Month Warranty on our items from date of purchase against any major manufacturing defects.
  • Any Reward Points earned from your purchase with our Shoe Me Squad rewards program will be deducted from your reward points after you return an order (but we never deduct past 0 and put you in a negative balance).
  • When you return your item for a refund, a $10 flat-rate shipping charge applies within Australia.
