FREE SHIPPING! We post Australia-wide with parcel post and internationally with DHL eCommerce. Both services include tracking as standard, additional Express* delivery options are available at checkout for an extra fee.
To be eligible for our Free Shipping Offer you must be located in Australia or New Zealand and spend $100 or more in one order.
If you don't meet our Free Shipping threshold we have some great low-rate delivery options available at checkout.
Delivery Times & Availability
We sell a mixture of local stock, USA imported stock, and pre-order items. Please check the product page carefully for the location and dispatch times of your product and size.
In the below example, the customer has selected a Size 6 option for the product.
Size 6 is Not Available in Sydney for Same Day Shipping. It is Low Stock in the Melbourne store and can be purchased in-store (however we suggest you call ahead to confirm).
It is Available in the USA supplier warehouse. If they proceed to add to cart and purchase their item will be imported from the USA (this takes 4-7 days to arrive in Sydney) and then posted out the same day.
*Express at checkout prioritises your order to the top of the warehouse picking & packing queue and changes your delivery service to Aus Post Express (Australia) or DHL Express (all other countries). Please consider the location of your product, if it is not available in Sydney for same-day shipping, it won't post out till it comes into stock, even if you choose Express service.
Select a convenient and free local collection point at more than 4,500 locations Australia-wide including Post Offices, 24/7 Parcel Lockers, supermarkets and pharmacies with Australia Post Collect. In the checkout, choose the “Collect” option and type in your suburb to see an available list of locations near you. Your order will be delivered to your chosen location and you’ll receive an email or text notification when it is ready to collect.
