We have a stock location section on our product pages which details the location of a stocked item after you select your size option, this appears below the size selection boxes and above the add to cart button on every product page.


  • Items located in Sydney or Melbourne will be posted within 1 business day of receiving your order.
  • Items located with our overseas supplier will take 4-7 days to arrive from overseas before we can post your order. Occassionaly the delay may be 5-10 days if there are significant COVID-19 impacts on the network.


Please allow 10 days for your shipment email before contacting us for further updates. If your item is coming from the US Warehouse, your order will continue to process without any further email updates whilst we get your item from the US and process it in our Sydney warehouse. 
You will recieve your next update when your order has been packed and posted by us. This will be a Shipment Confirmation email with Aus Post tracking reference. The latest Aus Post transit times can be found on their website: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates

All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking and signature on delivery as standard. Express is an additional $11. All New Zealand orders are sent with Express International with signature.

 We use regular post, express post ($11 surcharge) and Express International (EMS). Shipping Costs for orders under $50 are $8 for Regular Aus Post, $11 for Express Post and $20 for Express International.
