When will my order ship?
We hold a limited range of ready-to-dispatch stock in Sydney, which you can find through our dedicated collection and site filters. Most other items are ordered from the main distribution warehouse in the USA after you place your order. We arrange imports to Sydney in batches twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, before our Sydney CBD team dispatches your order.
Most customers receive a shipping confirmation email about one week after ordering. Processing times can vary depending on stock availability and import timing. You'll receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is dispatched.
Choosing Express Post at checkout speeds up delivery after dispatch; it does not shorten the time needed to source and process your order.

Australia
Free regular shipping on orders of A$150 or more. Customer orders are dispatched from Sydney CBD, Australia with Australia Post standard eParcel. Parcels include tracking and optional safe drop. We can ship to PO Boxes, Locked Bags, Parcel Lockers, and Parcel Collect.
New Zealand
Free International Express shipping on orders of NZ$150 or more. Customer orders are dispatched from Sydney CBD, Australia with the global EMS network, which provides an express airmail service with tracking and signature on delivery. Once your parcel has landed in NZ and passed local customs, it is handed over to NZ Post for final delivery. You can use your Australia Post reference on the NZ Post website for further details.
Rest of the World
Shipping cost varies depending on destination and total weight of order and is calculated at checkout. We use the global EMS network which provides an express airmail service with tracking and signature on delivery. We ship worldwide with the exception of Sudan and Russia.

- Parcel Post: Australia Post's standard parcel service. This is an Australia-wide service with tracking and optional signature on delivery. No insurance is included. Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. Free Parcel Post is available at checkout for Australian orders of A$150 or more. - Express Post: Australia Post's express parcel service and their fastest parcel delivery service. It is an Australia-wide service with tracking and optional signature on delivery. No insurance is included. Price is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the combined weight of your order. - International Express: Australia Post's EMS International Express service. Tracking and signature on delivery is available for most countries; check the International Post Guide. Free International Express Post is available to New Zealand at checkout for orders of NZ$150 or more.
