All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking and signature on delivery. We use regular post, express post and international express (EMS). We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Our Australia Post contract does not provide insurance cover for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit
We have limited stock availability in Sydney, for most customers your order will be imported from US with FedEx Priority, processed and packed in our Sydney warehouse and then posted with Australia Post.
