RE: Pleaser USA Will Resume Operation Beginning April 6, 2020
Beginning on April 6th, Pleaser USA will resume operation in a limited capacity Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Due to the stringent California guidelines on social distancing, we will maintain minimum staffing to ensure the order processing and shipping only. Please expect some possible delay for your orders. In the days and weeks following, we will continue to await additional guidance from the Federal government, California state, County health officials and adapt to any changing guidelines they issue in terms of operation hours and capacity. We will keep you informed on a timely manner.

RE: Pleaser USA to Suspend Operations till End of March
Pleaser USA will remain closed until the end of March, after this time they will re-asses the situation. Although their operations are in a grey area regarding lock-downs, at the end of the day high heels are not as essential as food and medical services. In the interests of staff health and safety they are suspending all operations till further notice.

RE: Pleaser USA to Suspend Operation Immediately Due to California Governor's Order Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
In an effort to limit the spread of Coronavirus and the illness it causes, California governor Gavin Newsom just announced (approx. 7pm, PST) a statewide stay-at-home order. According to this order, which is to take effect at midnight, Thursday, March 19, all Californians working in non-essential services are to shelter in place and quarantine at home.
To comply with the order and its mandatory restrictions, Pleaser USA will be suspending ALL operations as of March 20, 2020 until further notice.
The COVID-19 outbreak is a rapidly changing situation from a public health perspective, and the guidelines from the relevant authorities are continuously evolving. We will adapt our business to align with the latest recommendations from public health agencies and the directives of the relevant authorities, and are committed to keeping you informed of our operations and taking care of you as our valued customer during these uncertain times.

Shoe Me Pty Ltd has always prided ourselves on our ability to provide a massive range of styles at competitive prices and with fast delivery for our valued customers.
Our ability to do this relies on a "just in time" model of business, mostly we order from the USA warehouse on demand after a customer places their order with us. With the wonders of modern air freight, we receive your order in 3-4 working days and pack it up with love to send out to you with Australia Post.
We have just been advised that the USA warehouse who supplies our items have been forced to temporarily suspend all operations till 31st March 2020. Unfortunately this means we are unable to fulfill our customer orders until they resume operations.
Customers who placed an order after Monday 16th March will be impacted by this delay, and we expect our next delivery of items will arrive from USA on Monday 6th April.

If you need to cancel your order, we would appreciate if you would accept a Store Gift Card for the value of your order instead of a cash refund. Store Gift Cards never expire and will mean that you can spend again when supply resumes.
