Something not quite right?

If you are not satisfied with your product(s) for any reason, you are welcome to return your order for a store credit within 60 Days of purchase. Return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless your item is faulty. You can use our returns portal (link below) to create a return postage label for just $12.65. If your item is faulty or damaged, you can return for a repair, replacement or refund. Please Note, we do not refund for change of mind or wrong size. 

  • Exchange/change of mind: Shoes can be tried on but not worn out and must be received back into stock as new in original condition. Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging. 
  • Damaged/faulty items: Please contact us with a description of the fault/damage as soon as possible and photographs of the issues. Our email address is hello@shoeme.com.au

Return Instructions:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Complete the Returns Form and make note of your Order Number and Returns ID #. Then simply go to this link to create a return postage label (cost $12.65): https://returns.auspost.com.au/shoemegorgeous

We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

How To Use Your Store Credit:


To apply a store credit to an order when checking out, you must first log into your account. Once logged in you will see your available store credit listed in the My Account menu. When you then go to check out, you will be given the option to use your store credit to pay for your order or to use an alternative payment method and save the store credit for a future purchase. If your order total is more than your store credit amount, you can simply pay the difference at checkout. If your order total is less than your credit, any unused credit will remain on your account for next time. Store credits do not have an expiration date, they can not be redeemed for cash or transferred to another customer.
