Shoe Me Returns

Exchanges, Credit Notes, Refunds and Warranty Requests.

Submit product return requests through your customer account for a hassle-free return process. You can log-in with a one-time code sent to your email (no passwords required). When making a return request please fill out the optional notes field for quick processing. Specify exchange, store credit, or refund.

Return requests are reviewed by Shoe Me staff for approval, when approving a return request we can add exchange items if you let us know what you would like in the notes section. We will also provide a return shipping label for our Australian and New Zealand customers via email.

Return Shipping Label Costs:

  • Australia - $10 flat-rate tracked return label within Australia per item.
  • New Zealand - $20 flat-rate tracked airmail return label per item.
  • Rest of the World - Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, we don't have any return post agreements outside AU and NZ. You will need to provide your own return label at your own cost.

General Return Terms & Conditions

Returns are accepted within 60 days of order fulfilment date, outside of this timeframe we do not accept returns. 

Change of Mind (including purchased the wrong size or item) Returns will not be accepted for clearance items, items marked "Final Sale", or any item discounted 30% or more. These items are not eligible for return unless there is a major fault not described at time of purchase as outlined by Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty, defects, damages and faults

Warranty claims are accepted within 6 months of order fulfilment date for major faults or design defects. This does not include general wear and tear under fair use. When making a warranty claim, complete the request through your account and then please email us photos of the issues so we can assess your claim remotely without you having to post it back to us.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, Order ID, or proof of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
