Shoe Me Gorgeous Returns Policy
You can return your unused item within 60 days for a store credit of the item price (shipping fees are not credited) if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Your item can be tried on but not worn and must be received back into stock as new in original condition within 60 days of purchase. Original condition means unused, unmarked, unlaundered and in original packaging.
If your item is faulty, defective, or not as described you can contact us for a repair, replacement or refund.
Please note, we do not provide refunds if the item simply does not fit, however you can return for a store credit.
Shoe Me Gorgeous Warranty
All our items come with a 6 month warranty for manufacture faults and defects. If your item fails within this period we will offer you a repair, replacement or refund.
How To Return Your Item:
Please note, if you checked out as a guest, an account would have been automatically created for you. You can reset the password by using the email you put in at checkout with this URL: https://shoeme.com.au/login.php?action=reset_password
1. Log into the www.shoemegorgeous.com store, then go to My Account.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to their item.
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
* Quantity to return
* Return reason
* Return action optional
* Comments optional
4. Click Submit Return Request.

How To Use Your Store Credit:
To apply a store credit to an order when checking out, you must first log into your account. Once logged in you will see your available store credit listed in the My Account menu. When you then go to check out, you will be given the option to use your store credit to pay for your order or to use an alternative payment method and save the store credit for a future purchase. If your order total is more than your store credit amount, you can simply pay the difference at checkout. If your order total is less than your credit, any unused credit will remain on your account for next time.
