How COVID-19 restrictions are affecting our delivery services

Dear customers,

Please be advised that we are currently experiencing some delivery service impacts to our business related to COVID-19.

All Parcel Post collections from customers and merchants in NSW, ACT and VIC will be paused from 7am Saturday 4 September until 7am Tuesday 7 September.

USA IMPORTS

Our USA Imports with DHL Express are currently being impacted by a reduction in passenger flights from LA to SYD due to the Australian Government's reduction in overseas arrivals and the Sydney Covid Outbreak. This is causing 1-3 day delays in our freight departing USA.

DELTA OUTBREAK

We are still fulfilling from our Sydney and Melbourne stores during lockdown. Fulfilling online & phone orders for shipping & click+collect is an essential service. Once we receive freight from DHL we work hard to get orders shipped same day where possible, express post orders are processed first. 

AUSTRALIA POST

Extended COVID-19 restrictions are impacting some of our delivery operations, including air freight. Our delivery network has also been affected by increased online shopping activity, meaning in some areas we are seeing parcel volumes similar to Christmas 2020.

Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery of your order during this time. If your item is coming from the USA, it is normal to not receive in updates between order confirmation and local aus post tracking. There could be 5-10 day wait while your USA import transits through the global network and is delivered to us.
