All orders are sent with Australia Post and include tracking and signature on delivery as standard. Express is an additional $11. All New Zealand orders are sent with Express International with signature.

If your order is eligable for local pickup, this will show as a shipping option at checkout.

    We use regular post, express post ($11 surcharge) and Express International (EMS). Shipping Costs for orders under $50 are $8 for Regular Aus Post, $11 for Express Post and $20 for Express International. 

    Our website stock levels are a combination of stock in multiple locations. We have local Australian Stock in Sydney & Melbourne, and also Import Direct from the US manufacture warehouse in California. If all of the items on your order are located in Australia, you will be quoted a shipping speed at checkout.

    If you are not provided with a shipping speed at checkout, it means some or all of the items on your order are Imported. Imported items have a 4-7 day processing time before they are shipped from our Australian stores. We receive regular bulk imports from USA Warehouse (2-4 times a week) into our Australian stores. When your item is in transit from the USA you will not get an order update that it has left the US Warehouse, so don't panic if you haven't heard from us for a few days after placing your order. You will receive an update when we have received the stock in Australia and have shipped out your order with Australia Post.

    Due to COVID-19 it is normal for orders with imported items to take up to 1 week for order updates, and for tracking info to be available. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email after 7 days, please contact us.

    Disclaimer: We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. Our Australia Post contract does not provide insurance cover for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

    COVID UPDATE: Significant increase in parcels volumes, combined with COVID health and safety requirements has resulted in occasional delays in international parcel processing in Sydney. We know these delays are frustrating, and we’re doing everything we can to keep delivering as safely and quickly as possible.
